Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase from Victoria’s Footwear. If something is not suitable, the guidelines below explain how returns and exchanges are handled.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
You may initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, returned items must be:
unused,
unworn,
unwashed,
in original condition,
and returned with all original packaging, tags and protective materials.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service to avoid delays or lost parcels.
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at:

Please include:
your order number, and
a brief explanation of the reason for return.
We will provide a confirmation email containing return authorization, instructions, and the return address.
Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must arrive in the same condition as originally delivered. Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, misuse, or inadequate packaging may be refused or be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
We cannot accept returns that:
arrive damaged due to improper packaging,
show visible signs of wear or use,
are missing original packaging or accessories,
have been altered or handled in a way that prevents resale.
This standard protects our customers, our suppliers, and product integrity.
4. Exchanges and Faulty Items
If you wish to exchange an item, you may request an exchange within the same 14-day window, subject to stock availability.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at support@victoriasfootwear.com within 7 days of delivery, providing photographs of the issue.
After assessment, we may offer a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution. In approved cases, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Most returns are reviewed within 2–5 business days after the parcel is marked delivered to the designated return address.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time by your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Once delivered, you may request a return under the terms above.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
products with signs of wear or use,
products returned without original packaging,
items damaged due to improper packing by the customer,
gift cards or non-refundable promotional items.
