4. Tracking & Updates
Tracking information will reflect the most current scans received from carriers.
It is normal for tracking to pause or not update for several days—this typically means the shipment is still moving through the network.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
Orders returned to us due to:
